These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.vantagestriping.com (the “Site”) and all services provided by Vantage Striping LLC.
 
1. Acceptance
By accessing the Site, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and any applicable Project Terms & Conditions.
 
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to enter contracts.
 
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and in our proposals is owned by or licensed to Vantage Striping LLC. No reproduction or commercial use without written permission.
 
4. Quotes & Estimates
Quotes are estimates. Final price may change due to site conditions discovered during performance.
 
5. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or lost profits damages.
 
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your negligence, inaccurate information, or failure to obtain required permits/authorizations.
 
7. Dispute Resolution – Binding Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, our services, or the relationship between the parties shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Collin County, Texas, and shall be governed by Texas law. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction in Collin County, Texas. Each party bears its own attorney fees and costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
 
8. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
