Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

1. Client Cancellation

• More than 10 business days before scheduled start: full deposit refund minus $250 administrative fee

• 5–10 business days notice: 50% of deposit forfeited

• Less than 5 business days or no-show: 100% of deposit forfeited + reimbursement of non-recoverable costs (materials, subcontractors, travel)

2. Rescheduling by Client

Requests must be received at least 72 hours in advance. We will attempt to accommodate; repeated rescheduling may incur a $250 fee per occurrence.

3. Cancellation / Rescheduling by Us

We may cancel or reschedule due to unsafe conditions, severe weather, material shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control without penalty. We will provide notice as practicable and reschedule promptly.
