Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Effective Date: February 1, 2026

Vantage Striping LLC

1. Client Cancellation

• More than 10 business days before scheduled start: Full deposit refunded minus $150 administrative fee.

• 5–10 business days notice: 50% of deposit forfeited.

• Less than 5 business days or no-show: 100% of deposit forfeited.

2. Rescheduling by Client

• Requests must be received at least 72 hours in advance.

• Repeated rescheduling may incur a $150 fee per occurrence.

3. Cancellation by Vantage Striping

We may cancel or reschedule due to unsafe conditions, severe weather, material shortages, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule promptly.
